Nightly rates available on request.

 

Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning fee of £40 / $80.

 

Pool Heating (Optional) £125 / $200 per week

 

Rates are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax.

Non Refundable Deposit £100 / $200 per week booked required to secure booking.

 

Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.

 

Refundable security deposit of $250 required on arrival.
